When I send a Comcast email through Outlook, it indicates sent in the 'Sent" file in Outlook, it indicates "Sent" on the Comcast xfinity web site, but it is not received by the intended recipient. This is true of all emails sent from Comcast account on Outlook client. Sending an email to myself does not work either.
